I signed up for the att connect tech a few months ago when I had a problem with my internet. I guess it was a new service at the time and they told me that I could try it out for a month or two and if I didn't like it I could cancel at any time. It would be 15 dollars a month. I moved unexpectedly and no longer have the option to have At&t internet service. When I tried to cancel the service they informed me there would be an 80 dollar disconnect charge. I told them I didn't aggree to any disconnect charge and they were suppose to get someone to call me back. In the mean time I am wondering how I am going to get the user off of my computer that I don't even have access to. I wasn't very smart to let strangers set up a user account on my computer with a password that I can't access in the first place but I thought a big company like At&t surely wouln't do anything underhanded. Until they charged my account 80 dollars today without my permission. Oh by the way noone called me back.
