Bill payment
RE: 87203218 is the case number I got from the representative on the phone from disputes @bayareacredit.com.
My account shows unpaid bill for ATT. Bill was paid in May. Confirmation #2ZM70NL1F0IRKJB. If this code is incorrect, the numbers 0 after the 7 and 0 after the F may be the capital letter O. The capital letter I may be a 1. When I wrote the code, I wrote it all in one size, not paying attention to the numeric, alphabetic similarities for O0 and I1. I paid this when I had the phone disconnected. Thank you

Bill payment
Addition to case 87203218. I have tried to contact ATT about this. When I go online or on the phone they say they don't have that number listed with my name. There is no payment due via phone or Internet which suggests to me that payment was received, but they never notified the collection agency.Thanks for your attention to this matter.

never received a iphone that cost me $722
I ordered a iphone 4 a month back with expedite shipping. Its been month now that I havent received my phone. I have called them several times but all only being asked to call some other number. Its been a totally frustating process. I was also suggested to have ordered the phone from shop instead of calling them. I am totally frustated .I will not suggest ATT to anyone

Right to privacy
When I called up to request that home landline service be disconnnected, first the agent tried to bs me with marketing materials, then I WAS INFORMED THAT UNLESS I GAVE A REASON FOR THE DISCONNECTION, THEY COULD NOT DISCONNECT. In other words, when I invoked my right to privacy, I was told they would not fulfill my request to disconnect. I am not entitled to privacy according to ATT. I am not entitled to request service disconnection. I am RIGHT NOW being charged money because they won't disconnect my service unless I give them information. ALSO WITH ATT everytime you ask to talk to a manager or supervisor, the agent sends you to LIMBO on hold for half another. It's just a way for the agent to get rid of you. You never end up speaking to any supervisor or manager.

False Advertisment
A big Complaint with ATT. I have had my phone service through Att for 2 1/2 years as I paid $50.00 a month, then in April 2011 I receive this flyer for unlimited long distant, local calling and ATT U-Verse High Speed Internet for $49.95 a month. As of every month I paid $50.00 a month and there after. Now June 21, 2011 my long distant gets shut off because they said I have not paid them a dime since April 2011. They told me that the internet and the phone was 2 seperate billing. I said Att did not tell me that when I added internet service to my phone bill plan. They were rude and very not corraportive. I will not deny, I was not very kind myself. I receive a false advertisment thru the mail and thought it was a great deal. They told me that in order to restore my service I had to pay $143.00. I said oh no. I paid $40 the month of May and just got down paying $50.22 on June 9, 2011 . Att is claiming they did not receive any amount of the money. I do beleive they recieve all the money they took from my bank account. I have all the confirmation numbers, my bank statements and the false flyers and etc. I am not a very happy customer. I beleive that Att need to stop giving out false information if they are not going to follow through them. So, since they claim they dont have my money that I assume that was paying the phone service and internet service..Where did my money go?

Cell phone and internet
My mom and I have had nothing but shit with these assholes. We have att Internet and it sucks, , it drops all the time and they out us on hold and put us on with someone we can't understand and they have no clue what they're doing, then less then 2 days later our internet doesn't improve after their so called help. We Have high speed Internet and it drops and it won't less us have more then 1 computer on it, and my cell phone service sucks even worse, , I can have all bars and my texting will drop and my calling will have a bad signal then drop, , all our phones do is drop calls and texts and we have bars, , att rethink possible it's more like rethink impossible, , att SUCKS!!!

poor service
I have returned my Samsung evergreen phone for the third time for not working. I was told the third time they would give me a different product, for there was something obviously wrong with the product. The service people in the store where very helpful trying to do everything they can. On the phone with customer service telling them I have an elderly mother who carries her phone to contact me in emergencies. All I need is a phone that does not ring and shuts off freezes. I was told they would send me another phone same kind. I told her this was the third one in less then 30 days. I asked to speak to her manager he was apparently to busy to talk to me. I explained I have elderly mother, who I need to check on her comment was well you should have researched the product before you bought it... Then hung up on me.. Anastazia Delangelis employee number AD791B is this customer service rep. That was the short version I will be looking elsewhere for service I was customer for 15 years.. Thanks Att for not caring.

cancellation fees
I have been with ATT wireless for over 5 years. I lost my job in ST louse area and moved to Wisconsin in January of 2010 and still was using ATT. I started lossing cell phone called and tex. in the area, I called ATT and I am not in there service area for cell phone. I try cancelling them out but the fees keep me with them, know I have 2 cell phone providers and 2 cell phone bills. The one company I use and ATT I just pay the bills for nothing that I am getting from ATT. MY contract will end for 3 phones in July and One phone ends in Oct of this year. Still alot of money for nothing ATT sucks as a company.

Dispute ATT bill account # 108396582
I was a previous customer with ATT, I disconnected my service due to bill was too costly. At that time the bill for 500.56 (Account # 108396582) was my responsibility, However on 3/14/2011 an ATT sale agent name Bryan Brewer came to my home with a promotion stating that if I RETURN BACK TO ATT as a customer, then my previous account balance would be forgiven. I told agent Brewer the promotion sounded great, and that I was willing to return back to ATT as a customer based on the above promotion, and the new low monthly fee to have ATT. I was under the impression that everything was taken care of, until I received an collection bill from your company stating that I owe $500.56 from the last bill that Mr. Bryan Brewer promised that ATT would forgive based on returning back as a customer. Mr. Brewer gave me his personal phone stating that if I HAD ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS that I could call him. When I received this notice from the collection agency I called Mr. Brewer he told me he would fix the problem, and could return back to my residence and correct the problem, However when I TRIED TO REACH HIM AGAIN HE WOULD NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, I left several messages explaining to him what was taken place. I was very pleasant in talking with him, but still no reply on his part. Mr. Brewer telephone number is 252-281-8228.

telephone pole guide wires
I have six guide wires on one att pole. I want to use that part of my property for a patio area, but four of the six guide wires will not let me do that. I called att and the sent out a engineer that was a "JOKE". He told me that there was no way to move them. Then he said just one minute and went and look around came back and said we might be able to move it for $30, 000 dollars that was a ball park amount nothing on paper or should I say toilet paper. Now I know what att means when they say reach out and touch someone. I have only .26 of a acre and four phone or power poles on it.
