I have been using ATT for almost two years now. I have a more expensive camera phone. The service people in California were rude and made lots of mistakes when changing over my phone and number. On line without that four digit code you cannot log on-I was told to log on to make suggestions.I was over charged more than once or twice when I bought ATT new package-free weekend and after nine p. m. minutes. Who wants to be called at nine pm? Sprint has their times much better. Seven pm. One dollar a day plus minutes is too expensive and there is no-and has never been- a plan for handicapped persons. Some of their service workers can barely speak English. There is more but I do not have time to type it all. Only a few have been nice in service. They charge you to take their message survey-what a joke.
