I was an at@t customer long before at@t was at@t, but after having uverse for a minute over 1 month, I"m beganning to think that my switch was a mistake.
The add is good but the service stinks.
I called in about static on my line and the man wanted to know what kind id telephones I had in the house.That called for me to check all the megibytes on each one of my telephones and I did not want to do that.He told me that each home was allowed only so many megibytes, something that I had never heard before in my 25 plus years as being a customer.Needless to say I have not resolved that issue as of yet.
I have call waiting, but I'm still waiting to see who might be calling when I am on the telephone.
And then there is the great rebate -- I started out on line and there was a problem so I had to finish my order by telephone.The initial rebate was to be 200 + 50 for using the online talk to person.After my service was set up, I wondered when the rebate would come and here came a letter telling me to go to this website to claim my rebate.Much to my suprise there was a claim for 100, very short of the starting claim of 200 +50! So today i tried again, and to my suprise there is no website.And when I tried to call the telephone number was busy and busy and busy !What 's really going on ????
