They promise $150 gift card when you sign up for services then you wait 30 days and go to the web sit to claim your reward and they have no record of you or your account and thus no reward available. BIG RIPOFF.

i received a flier in the mail telling me to visit this website that either does not exist is is hidden very well if you are going to go to the effort to send out thousands of fliers the least ATT could set something up

WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR FASTER INTERNET SERVICE I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET $50.00 REBATE THAT I COULD USE TOWARDS MY BILL!! NOT A VISA GIFT CARD TO BE USED ON ANYTHING BUT YOUR BILL! THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FAIR, I THOUGHT ATT WAS THE BEST UNTIL NOW, HOW VERY SAD THAT THEY NEED TO LIE TO THIER CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM TO SIGN UP FOR THIER SERVICES, THANKS GERI SANCHEZ

They need to stop ripping people off & give me the money they owe me & countless others. I think a class action suit is due! Blue collar crime has gotten by with a slap on the wrist for too long .They rip people off for millions of dollars .never pay the peole back & never have to do a day in jail while the guy who has to steal a loaf of bread to feed his family has to do a year in jail I think it's time for the people to get their fair share!
