My family and I we went to Attitash Mountain Village resort on vacation with an RCI exchange with Disney Vacation Club.
-This resort is bad. No other words. Definitely not worth the price.
Here's a few facts from our January 2010 vacation there:
-Their web site provide no address to enter in your GPS. Their web site says (and good luck getting this in your GPS):
"Our Address: US Route 302. PO Box 358 Bartlett, New Hampshire 03812";
-When you check in, they give you a map. The map is simply wrong. Wrong street names! We got lost. An employee came to show us the way. Told him, I couldn't have figured out with the map they provided. Answer "Ya, I know". You must have people getting lost all the time. Answer: "Ya, ALL THE TIME".
-It's at least 1h15 from any major highway;
-No light in the entrance of our condo;
-Dishwasher was so loud, you almost couldn't be in the condo when it was on;
-No highchair available on the site. No play pen available either, we had to go buy a booster seat at Wal Mart (12 miles away);
-Closest grocery store is also 12 miles away at least;
-The building we were in, had not front entrance. You had to get in by the back door with very poor indications;
-Our unit door was hidden below a stair case;
-Our unit number was BW4D. Next to us BWE2. Next to that one, BWC4. Next building, same unit BF4D. Try to find your way with room numbers that are illogic;
-You had to take out the garbage to an industrial garbage bin with a metallic top of 50 pounds to lift;
-Not enough silverware and dish for a family of 5;
-The washing machine was only connected to COLD water so you couldn't wash "warm" or "hot" if needed;
-The restaurant on site is below average quality for the most part and no room service was available;
-The sofa bed was very cheap and uncomfortable;
-No lights in the closets and theft proof hangers didn't allow to do anything at night time in terms of pick up and cleaning up;
-My recommendations:
Go elsewhere.
