David Lederer is my former personal injury attorney. He referred me to a physician who after physical therapy and facet injections failed to permanently ease my pain, refused to refer me to a neuro orthopedic surgeon, which means I am in pain to this day. After failing as a physician, this doctor billed my case 100, 000 for the failed treatments; he charged me four times the regular price and my attorney David failed to notice this. Instead, David submitted the hugely inflated bill to the other driver's insurance company along with a demand for $300, 000 (how he thought he'd get this amount after I never was able to get the surgery I needed, I do not know). My case was flagged as fraudulent and I only received 15k when my medical bills are much more! The State Bar refuses to prosecute this horrible man.
