badgering me for a payment
I've been a uverse customer since 2006 and now that my husband has lost his job they repeatedly call me on my cell phone about a payment less than 30 days past due...their service sucks so bad and I have done so much troubleshooting on my own tht I'm better at it than their technicians yet they don't give a damn that we are using their internet service for my husband to try to find a job all they give a damn about is thier money and believe me when I had the money I always paid my bills on time...steer clear of them at all costs especially if you are in a cash flow bind because they sure don't give a damn about thier customers or they service they are supposed to provide...all they care about is the damn 125.00 I owe them

Poor service and my bill kept going up
I had Comcast originally. Poor service and my bill kept going up. I switched to AT&T uverse. Bad move. My bill has went from $116.00 to $170.00 without changes. This increase has happened in less than one year. Considering Comcast again.

I'm getting discussed with the boring regular movie channels and your "On Demand" movies
To whom concern, let me say that your "On Demand" needs a lot of help. The movies you have on "On Demand" aren't good movies, there boring. You guys need to step it up. Take a lesson from "Direct TV, " there movies are fantastic. I believe that AT&T can do the same, the question is when ? And it wouldn't hurt you guys to improve your movies that you show regularly. I truly like "U-Verse, " however I'm getting discussed with the boring regular movie channels and your "On Demand" movies. Please improve it or you'll lose more of us.

Do not have my favorite tennis channel
When I switched from Everest a few years ago, the AT&T sales rep told me that I'd have the same channels that I had with Everest. I assumed wrongly that he knew what he was talking about. The Tennis Channel was one of my favorite channels. I keep asking if/when AT&T will add it, but the answer is "We are always adding channels. Some additions are coming soon." I know at least 3 of my friends who were going to switch to AT&T, but because AT&T doesn't have the Tennis channel, they decided against it. AT&T can help by adding the Tennis Channel to their channel line-up. I'd gladly switch it out with the Golf Channel.

You can't watch more than 3 tv's at one time without an error occurring
The installer did a nice job, but the service sucks you can't watch more than 3 tv's at one time without an error occuring. the service is inadiquit and is over priced compaired to other services, I'm leaving!

ATT should have waited and teseted this product a little longer
I have had ATT Uverse since 12/08 and have had nothing but problems.
1. Could not get my voice mails
2. Could not log on to my computer
3. MY phone went completely dead and I could not call out or receive call.
These were finally fixed after a month of talking to the service dept. Now my biggest problem is when the TV freezes up and I am on the phone my call is lost and I cannot use the phone until the TV comes back on or until I shut it off and wait a few minutes. I think ATT should have waited and teseted this product a little longer.

I was told that I would get a promotional reward when I had the att-u-verse package installed in Feb. 2008 but I never got it
I was told that I would get a promotional reward when I had the att-u-verse package installed in Feb. 2008 but I never got it. Now they tell me that it is too late to received the reward after I had turned in my request but never receiving it. Why didn't I get my reward? Why can't I still get my reward? I called the reward center they said the request is out dated.

We have channels missing that we are suppose to have
Wish i had read the comments on att before dropping comcast. we have channels missing that we are suppose to have and the online/tv photo viewing must not be set up cause i can't get my photos to show on my tv. anyone else have that issue?

They scam you in every possible way
I try and view my UVerse Account Online and it's so frustrating as only my wireless account shows up. To even talk to them you have to have a password and make a payment with an agent costs you money but I can't even get logged in.
VERY FRUSTRATING to even try and pay my bill.
When I got the bundle package the rebate card wasn't even valid took 2 hours of my time to take care of and had to use my gas to drive to the store. Was going to pay my bill with the rebate card, they said it was ok to pay the next day and now to make any payment arrangements it says that I had a broken arrangement.

why does attuverse give you deals when you first start their service and after you are a ideal customer for a couple of years, cut you off of any discounts and keep raising the price?????
