ATW TRAVELS INC agent charged twice the amount (~3, 800.00+~3, 800.00). Originally paid money using Check, and later paid money using credit card and provided written request to ATW TRAVELS INC to return check on home address. Till 06/24 ATW TRAVELS INC never returned the check in fact the en cashed the check as well. I was never informed the status of return of check.

On 06/24 after personal check bounced (personal mortgage payment), I inquired at ATW TRAVELS INC and spoke with owner; I was provided very unprofessional service, I had to make multiple phone calls to talk to the agent and owner. Owner refused to discuss issue and blamed that it is problem of customer.
