I was in Melbourne and wanted to place an urgent call to my travel agent to Auckland. Since my pay phone card was not working in the Hotel pay phone booth, so I was compelled to use my credit card to make this call. But coming back to Auckland, I found out that I had been charged $27.74 (NZD). But I had only used my credit card for not more than 2 mins, but really surprised that howcome I was been charged that much money by the BBG Communication London. And one thing I can't really understand that I had only used my credit card once but it had been used twice.
If u can please look the matter and try to solve my problem.
