Want my $153.47 back
I did not realize that the cost of $149.00 would be going against my credit card. I do NOT WANT THIS. Cancel and do not charge my credit card. My thought was that by giving you my credit card that ONCE I had won an auction, it would be charge. I will not be bid on any of your auctions due to the fact that you did not put in bold that there would be a charge like this coming through. NO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD! Which they did! I notified them with in an hour of registering. I have sent them 13 emails. They are out of the USA and I refuse to call a foreign country. Have notified my Credit Card company

unfair charges
when I decided to become a member they instantly took $159 from bank account and then told me I had to buy bid packets to bid for items. I bid on low end amounts such as 30 bids for a dollar a pack to win that auction. I bid a bunch of those but when I went to pay I noticed that they had managed to stick me with 10 $49.00 charges and 2 $29.00 charges; so in all they pretty much emptied my bank account plus a couple of credit cards; I am a disabled veteran and will tell you that I DID NOT bid on the $49 or $29 bid packs as made sure when I pressed key down it showed $1.00 for auction. Now I am broke and unable to pay for getting my hot water heater replaced, or my car fixed up and running as ended up costing me around $1700 to pay entry fee and bid packs, etc. After looking at auctions they are no bargain and in fact they throw people off by how much they bid on items by saying they will throw in a certain amount of bids. even if I had on purpose bought the higher bid packs, I no longer have the moneyto bid on items and pay for them. this is the biggest rip off that I have ever been confronted with and so depressing as said I am disabled veteran and living on limited income. I am not stupid but sure got suckered in on this auction. Do not join, play or get involved with this auction...there are several auctions that are much more legitimate and safer to do such as "big deals" and "qui bids" Lynda

registration
recently I went to put and item on their auction site. My personnel information was still their after at least a year of none use my bank account credit card number etc. but when I put my item on for sale it says.to have credit card/us phone number/and billing address. Which of course they already have.
now when im about to put the info in it says
in order to verify your identity and validity of your credit card, we have to ask your bank to authorize its use. This consists of amazon.com asking your bank if there is $1 of credit available to your account that we could charge. we don't actually make the charge; we just ask if we could.
they took the money anyway, one day later
I tried contacting them but a phone number is not supplied . But they have a pop up window to put yours in so I did. First it says calling.../then a automated operator says we will be with you, then on screen it says your call is now connected unfortunately it's to a busy signal 4 calls later busy busy busy
