I just received a bill with one transcation that I don't think is fulfilled and should not appear on the bill.

On the column of transaction details, it shows your website, Tranact-Bill.Com, so I need an explanation from you that why a supposedly-failed transaction is still done.

Please tell me what to do. If I really made an irreversible mistake, I need to know where the transaction comes from so as to fulfill my rights to make an advantage of products.
