I placed an order with them in January and never received it but it was charged to my credit card. They acknowledged that it was never delivered and told me that in order to get another pair of shoes shipped, I would have to fill out a form which they were to mail to me. At that time, I still wanted the shoes. However, I never received their form and decided to cancel the order altogether. Again, they said I first needed to fill out the form which they would only send in the mail - not available in pdf download.
I finally gave up and cancelled the order on my credit card. Audition then turned my account over to a debt collection agency to collect money on merchandise they know I never received. I wrote them, the collection agency, and the Wisconsin Attorney General, and they still won't remove the collection. It's theft, fraud, and God knows what else. Can you believe this? They are ruining my credit over an item they know was never delivered.
