Ordering was like any other on-line process to me. The products, Windows XP home software and a dvd/cd rom, were shipped quickly and arrived on time and they both work. But I haven’t put the dvd/cd rom through the wringer yet. My friend has used AUGUSTUS TECH in the past and I will use them again. They did what I expected.
