Mr. Barbee was contacted and he asked for and we submitted an application and produced all requested documentation.

Upon receipt and review of this information, Mr. Barbee assured my partners by phone and email (we have several emails to substantiate this fact and we also have a signed copy of the contract/escrow agreement) that as quickly as we could "wire" the amount he requested to the escrow company he suggested, that within 5 days we would receive a bank instrument to complete our funding.

Needless to say, today is 30 October 2010 and hundreds of emails and phone calls later, to which Mr. Barbee has refused to communicate we have no loan. Please make note that contrary to the written agreement signed by both parties, Mr. Barbee withdrew the several thousand dollars of the first deposit.
