Software engineer held for misappropriation:

Central Crime Branch (CCB) of the city police on Sunday arrested a 31-year-old software engineer on charges of misappropriation of funds from the IT firm where he was employed.

He had reportedly used his employers' resources and manpower and lured US-based clients.

Sources with the CCB said the accused D.R. Anish Jai of Velachery was working as senior software engineer at AUSCEX Infotech in Kilpauk. Rajagopal (49), the owner of the firm, had given Anish access to crucial company operations including payment gateways, online banking transactions and software.

Anish started an IT firm online named Well Shine for which he canvassed and received software developing jobs from a few US-based firms. He then fraudulently used resources of his employer and started diverting the payments to his personal accounts, sources added.

Rajagopal found about about Anish's illegal operations inside his firm and lodged a complaint with Commissioner of Police T.Rajendran in this regard.

A special team of the CCB investigated the complaint and arrested Anish on Sunday. The loss suffered by the complainant's firm yet to be ascertained.

Aware of Auspex Infotech, web design, development and hosting company is one of the fraud and fake company get upfront payment from the clients and doing poor services and once completed they will ask for hosting services and most of the time their hosting server will be down but they will get the payment.

Also I got this screenshot when they proposed the bid for my another project posted in elance and I caught these guys. In this screenshot they mentioned having 15 years of experiences but in their website url www.auspexinfotech.com (currently not working) they mentioned like minimum of 3 years expericences.

But when I searched this company in google it has the most negative feedback in all the complaint board and most of the feedback is, it is still not a registered company and don't have programmers and designers.

Designers don't attend this company interview as they dont have any designers now. So they will provide you the task to work on which is given by the client and you have to work for the whole day and the work is completed they will not call u back and if the client mention any changes they will call you again.
