Kept our laptop for over 90 days and denied all customer interactions from the techie pressed into salesperson due to high turnover (no surprise due to management behaviro) - 'go ahead and call again tomorrow -maybe we will have a salesperson hired by then and I can get back to pc repair' 'hard to get good help these days'
Techie finally diagnosed two parts over $200 and told us to 'locate them on the web' and he 'would install them.' We did locate the new LCD and inverter parts with parts numbers that he wrote on the claim ticket, we paid for shipping, provided them to Logic Approach, and amazingly enough, this tech then reported our pc was 'junk' and 'just buy a new Dell refurbished from us' - after his mis-diagnosis!
Fast forward: another technician from a superb company quickly dignosed a 'ribbon cable' to bring the pc to life amazingly enough for about $24
We tried to call to speak to Logic Approach's owner with zero traction - multiple messages, no reply, several letters, no reply - and he was 'playing with his son' one day when miraculously he came to the store phone - laughing and giggling - as we tried to relate the events' - not sure if he is really trying to run a legitimate business or just living off the mandatory drop-off $53 dignostic fee requirement. After filing a Better Business Bureau report, Logic Approachowner is in deny-deny-deny status.
