I ordered two pair of Ugg boots and one pair of Ugg Evera sneakers. Order was incredibly slow. Did receive the two pairs off Ugg boots which were CLEARLY fakes. Embarassingly poor quality. The stiching was horrible, seams uneven with lining coming through, discolored, glue seeping through sides of the soles. They were very lightweight and just looked awful. I still have not received a credit for the Evera sneakers I never received. This was a terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER from this website. When I did receive the boots they were not even in an Uggs box! Just a beatup box with no labeling at all from China. I have contacted them regarding a refund and have had no response. The boots are disgraceful. I wish I knew about this website before I ordered!! FAKES

I ordered ugg boots from this site several weeks ago and have not received them. I checked my tracking number that they sent me and the USPS states it is a non existing tracking number. Can't contact anyone either. I should have checked them out first. This is a fraudulent website.
