I tried to contact Experience Hendrix LLC by email on 5 separate occasions regarding a CD, but they would not give me a moment of their time. At first it appeared that EH LLC was the best thing that had ever happened to the posthumous Hendrix catalog, now I'm not so sure. Great product line, but dismally poor customer service.
