Back in the beginning on Sept. I hired this company for a move from MA to TN. They gave me a window time frame of Sept. 9-11th. Starting on the 8th I got a phone call they would be there the next day but then on the 9th got a phone call stating the day after and it went on until it was out of my window time frame. I decided to cancel my move with them due to the lies and the company not keeping up with their end. I requested a full refund. On Spet. 23rd, I emailed them and asked where my refund was in which they told me that they didn't have my correct bank info. So, I requested for them to cut me a check. On Sept. 24th they cut me a check and I received it on Oct. 6th for my full refund of $250.00. I went to Bank of America to cash the check but there was insufficient funds. I contacted the CO. and Stephanie stated the account has been closed.She was adament that it was closed not insufficient! She said she would send me another check which I didn't agree to cause I have the paper from BOA stating the account is open just insufficient. When I told Stephanie this she said "oh, that account is open...There is def. money in that account." I told her I was at the bank infront of the branch manager which is stating there is not enough money to cash the check. Stephanie then said she would call me back bt didn't cause she knew she was caught in a lie. So for now, no refund! But I just started my calls to the AG, and BBB.
