I was referred here by the law firm of Lederer & Nojima in October 2008. I was given inappropriate treatments by Dr David Shawa and Dr Andrew Morris. I suffered severe disc injuries and Dr Shawa never should have prescribed chiropractic manipulation under sedation for me. He failed to refer me to a neuro orthopedic surgeon and released me while I was still symtomatic. My bill totaled over $120k for facet injections, chiropractic manipulations, and physical therapy.
