The economy is not great and were trying to save money. When you think you are saving money by sending your car to a company like this one they could be charging more then you bargain for.


Auto and RV Specialists, Inc. 8393 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga, gave me an estimated to fix my car. Not to mention the $50.00 non refundable estimate charge if they don't get to work on my car. Their Estimate: $3, 377.85. Of course I thought that was insanely high. I mentioned to them I will come pick up my car and I will not have the work done. They stated I could not. That my car was not in driving conditions and it is a liability issue on their part. Thank goodness I had Triple A. I TOWED IT OFF THEIR LOT!! Oh one more thing.. The employee who drove me to my house, which they were nice enough to give me a ride back to my house. Although in my vehicle. Stated that I should note the company is a religious base company which makes them trust worthy. Really??


Had it towed to Foothill Automotive 377 E. Foothill Blvd, Pomona. Their Estimate: $280.00. They did not charge me a $50.00 estimate service charge, that was free. Auto and RV Specialist determined so many things wrong with my car it was unexpected and unreal. Foothill Automotive stated my car was fine..only the back brakes and a few other minor things.
