Had a problem with my 320d since early km's which was causing a very noticeable noise being emitted from the engine bay. Had BMW Midrand check it out. The vehicle has been back MANY times to get this resolved, with delays in getting parts resulting in delays in getting a date to get these fitted etc. etc. The short of the long, I have probably made about 8 trips to and from this dealership to get this resolved AND IT IS STILL DOING IT! Worst of it all, I have called to speak the the SERVICE MANAGER, Rudi Pretorius, on two seperate occasions. He is never available, and if a message is left I have a SERVICE CONSULTANT calling me. Sir, by the time I wish to speak to management, it means I have passed the point of speaking to your staff and wish to speak to MANAGEMENT! I was supposed to get a call to meet with a specialist of BMW SA and am still WAITING!
My car is STILL making the same noise. The problem is NOT being resolved. You have been kind enough to arrange load vehicles for me with a huge insurance excess hanging over my head while in my use but this hardly makes up for the FRUSTRATION experienced!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! Call me and GET IT RIGHT!!!
