Every week it's a nightmare trying to do the simpliest of tasks: make my car payment!

Today absolutely takes the friggin cake with these people. I sat on hold for 26 minutes and 51 seconds. When someone finally came on the line, they had attitude a mile long.

I work my ass off all week long. Yes, my divorce ruined my credit but doesn't mean I deserve to be treated like a low-life, system sucking pos!

I have relgiously made my car payments on time for the past 20 months. Is it too much to ask for someone to do their job? I don't appreciate being put on hold for nearly 30 minutes!! Last Friday and the Friday before that I had to literally go down there to pay in person, since they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone to take my payment.

I am patiently waiting for 2 yrs so that I can refinance my vehicle and be done with this worthless company. My piece of advice, if you live in VA DO NOT get your financing through Auto Credit of Virginia!
