Scammers
This dealership lies all the way through sales to the insurance and financing room. Lied about positions of personel (first the “GM” was the GM then he was the sales manager then the I and O guy was the GM, then he was the I and O manager, etc.) On top of that, I failed to do my research on prices for aftermarket LoJack and it was sold to me at 3 times the usual RETAIL value. When I tried to back out of the deal after putting down 10 grand on the car, I was told I would be sued.
STAY away from these scammers and anyone having any affiliation with the Auto Gallery Motors. These people want your money and don’t care about return usiness.

Awful service
As a busy executive I don't have time to go from dealer to dealer to find the vehicle I'm looking for. I spec'd out the Cayenne S that I was looking for and began calling around to see who had the vehicle in stock. Called Auto Gallery Motors to go over the specs and ask if they had it. I was greeted by a rude know-it-all person (Newman Bruce) that pointed me to their website and said he "could get any car". I explained to him that I had got his contact info from the website and I could not find what I was looking for on their website (which is a mess) and if he could check his inventory. He wouldn't let me finish speaking and kept interrupting me. Extremely rude. What ever happened to 'listen to the customer first and then ask questions?'
I told him, if this is the way they treat customers who are about to buy a 70k vehicle, I would take my business elsewhere. Everyone has a bad day but in sales, the customer is always right.
I would call to call to complain to the Sales Manager, but as luck would have it, this guy is the Sales Manager!
