Refusal to Pay
My daughter was hit by a drive who has State Farm, he ran a stop sign and hit her tire and bumper. I happen to have State Farm so stupid me I thought this would be easy. Once the car was at the shop State Farm began denying the claim, stating that its an older car and it was old damage. They were unable to locate a bumper and the tire that the gentleman hit was wobbly but they said that wasnt due to the accident.
The claims department was rude and NEVER followed through with anything!
Worst experience of customer service I have ever had!!!

AUTO DEDUCTIBLE
I have contacted USAA about a $1, 000.00 deductible that they are claiming I owe. I paid it, I have file several disputes, and they still won’t give me my money back. The USAA representative lie to me, they missed inform me and they are holding me liable for lies their own employees told me.

Another agent opened two claims for me, when it should have been only one, also, he said I was only going to be charge for one claim after he opened two, he said it was going to be only $500.00 that was a lie too. Now they are charging me $1, 000.00. I have talked to many supervisors and managers and they all escalate my case. Which are lies too, because they don’t even review my case, they just assume. They don’t care about the misrepresentation and the lies their employees told me, they just want me to pay for their mistakes.

I asked them to review the conversations I have had with their emplo9yees, but guess what? Now they tell me that those conversations were never recorded ((conveniently for them). I am sick of their lies. I am not responsible for $1, 000.00 deductible, my deductible should be $50.00.

ILLEGALY CANCELING INSURANCE

I HAVE BEEN WITH YOUR COMPANY FOR 16 YEARS.I MOVED TO FT MYERS LAST YEAR AND SWITCHED BRANCHES TO BRADLEY NASH.I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES KEN WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO CANCEL INSURANCE ON A TRUCK MY HUSBAND AND I SOLD BUT HE CANCELED AND SUSUPENDED PAYMENT ON BOTH OF OUR VEHICLES.

Failed to fulfil cliam oblagations
My car was involved in an auto accident on 11/16/2009, with the other party being at fault. It is now 3/30/2010. My car is still missing parts to be fixed correctly. Currently the vehicle is a hazard to drive, the body shop has made countless attempts to get all problems resolved in a timely manner, but the employees of this company are not helpful, and take extended periods of time to respond to any inquires about the claim. My car rental bill came to a total of over $5, 200 and i still need to return the vehicle to the body shop to complete repairs. i can no longer afford to rent vehicles, especially due to the negligence on behalf of Pearl holding Group. They've done nothing but continuously waste time and delay claims to stop me from pursing whats rightfully owed to me based on there promise made to me when purchasing the insurance policy.

This company should be allowed to cost people more money then what there willing to reimburse to policy holders. I don't have rental car reimbursement on my policy, so they see it fit to take as long as they want to fix my car, since they don't have to pay for the rental cost. This is absurd and should be allowed to happen to people whom pay for a service in good faith. There taking advantage of people, and ripping them off.

However this is the service they give:

1. Call to make a claim it takes up to three days to get a call back.
2. When you get a call back it’s a rude and unprofessional claims adjuster.
3. Infinity claims adjuster demands you to take your car to RSVP not giving you a choice.(something you don’t hear about until something happens)
4. When you state you want your car at a place of your choice they intimidate you. Example: you will have to pay for the cost of your car being there we will not pay. Example: they look for ways to hold up your claim by involving third parties. Example: then sending the check for repairs to the wrong address and not mailing the check when they said.
5. Claiming there was error’s in the part of the automotive company and had you went with the RSVP Company this would not be happing.(talk about adding insult to injury)

This company is not to be trusted unless you like paying them for coverage because the only thing they offer is that piece of paper you stick in your glove compartment.

Make sure your policy is presented up front and that they go over every aspect of that policy, and you know what every thing means because they have this little thing they call 20/80 which they fail to explain until you have a accident and then the nightmare begins. They refuse to take responsibility and you’re left holding the bag. If you have infinity insurance you might as well not have any insurance at all. “Buyer beware”

This is not intended to slam infinity insurance but to make the consumer aware of what type of insurance they will be getting.

Charges after cancellation
I canceled my insurance three days after my account was charged for an entire month of Auto Insurance. I called to cancel and was told that I would be charged almost half of what I paid for a month. I am talking about only 3 days of coverage. I would like to know if this is legal as I thought that was to much to be charged. They said that I would be reimbursed after 7 to 10 days. I had told them that I wanted to cancel after the month was up but the girl told me that she canceled me as of the day I called...How's that for good business practices.

I get some mail claiming I can save money on insurance. They show a chart on price comparisons and claim I can save over 300 dollars. I come here to read complaints, and realize, yeah, that is what I probably save now. What will I pay later? Sounds like teaser rates to me.

I recently signed-up for auto insurance with Belairdirect. I did my research - not well enough - their prices seemed to be the best. Prior to having paid, I was quoted a coverage amount for a change of address; based on that amount I signed-up. I should have recorded the phone call because when I called to confirm my address change the price increased by approximately sixty percent. The explanation for the ridiculous increase was that a few postal code rates have changed and of course, mine was one of them. Scam or legal scam? I am not sure but absolutely ridiculous! I am shocked because the company had great customer service. Maybe their idea behind the great service is to help comfort their mislead customers (like spraying perfume on poop). Not sure, but I feel as if a good Samaritan pushed me onto the tracks of an on-coming train.

I have wasted so much time and energy dealing with this company-please do not waste yours and avoid being their next victim.
