Beware of this company. A quote for Auto insurance was given to me at a rate 50% higher than any other quote I received from other 3 other companies including GEICO and Progressive, for comparable coverage. When questioned, I was sent a letter saying that my rate was based on my ability to pay and "credit score" (not an "insurance score"). My credit scores are all in the the high six hundreds. When questioned again, I was locked out of their website, as I tried to delete all of the personal information I has entered. I was sent an email saying that they will not allow me to modify or delete any information in my profile, as it belongs to them. The result: I am being blasted with junk email and postal flyers from USAA, even though I rejected their offer of insurance. I do not know what they are doing with the information, but certainly suspect they are selling it.
I am a veteran, retired from the USN, and I can certainly say that this company does NO favors to veterans in this country or abroad, despite the glamorous advertising.
