I ordered a passenger side mirror for my truck a month ago from Automirrorsplus.com website and used my credit card. After two weeks without arrival, I went back to the website for contact information. All they had was an email address: [email protected] and no telephone number for contact information. With no telephone number and a GMail account, I knew then that this was going to be a bad experience.
After the email, "the company" emailed me back saying that the order had shipped and my credit card was processed. Two more weeks passed and still no mirror. I have since sent two more emails with no response. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. The CC company credited my card and I put a block on AutoMirrors Plus.
