My lower level home was flooded because of a blockage in the pipe that caused a major water damage and dangerous toxic black mold growth that contaminated my lower level dwelling and contents, I was accused of refusal to allow a co. to enter my home and do the clean up.But after investigating I found that my signature was forged by the same co. that A/O recommended and I paid my self to do the work and have the receipt and a work of satisfactory document. Also their own plumber confirmed that a blockage was the possible cause of the damage, 3 years of sending document's, proof, pic's, etc. their attorney contacted my attorney to reach a settlement, before we can reach an amount for the damages their attorney said that he is waiting for a copy of a denial letter that was send six months ago to me only and not to my attorney or A/O Attorney. I never received any denial letter only till A/O Attorney agreed to settle is when I learned of this letter.This co. "A/O" have no respect for your health and weal being knowing the dangerous exposure to the black mold will cause harm, they used every tactics to delay, mislead, misdirect your coverage and in the end to deny your coverage.
