I purchased a 2007 VW Passat from this dealership in April of 2011 it had 69, 800 miles on it. The car came with 2 year VW warrenty engine, trans and ther mechanical parts. Well within one week this car was in service with a low air pressure light which came on the same day I purchased the car and while in service other problems were located and fixed including the tire problem where I was told that it had to be repaired, suspossedly by their serve department. Once I got my car back I assumed all was taken care of, not so a few days later the the low air pressure light comes back on, instead of taking it to the dealership for service I checked the air pressure for all four tires the front two were lower than the rear so I put air in them bringing them up to were the rear tires were at 32psi this cleared the low tire pressure warning light. Well the light comes back on again same thing both front tires low in air, once again I fill them with air back to 32psi warning light cleared . On 5/21/2011 my husband used te car but before leaving he notified me that he AC was not working ad that there was some kind of oil leaking on the ground coming from the Pasaat. Now this was very alarming to me sinceI just purchased this car. Since I noticed this on the wkend I called my sales person and notified himof this problem in turn he notified the service department who then scheduled me an appointment for 9am on 5/25/11. I left the car with the service department I had not heard frm them until I called at approximately 4 pm I spoke to DaveSmith who ask me how much mony I wanted to spend, none was my reply he then went on to tellme that Ineeded an a compressor for the AC and I need some kind of seals for the leak, and that both my front ires were bulging out. His reasonig for that was that I could have hit some umps or somthing causing the problem and that I was going to have to buy two front tires, and also that I would need some brakes because the brakes that I have now are at 50% wear. I am very upset I as told by tis dealership that they do a 113 point safety check are tires not a safety item, also why is this care back in te service deprtment witin a week of purchase were they are having to service this vehicle with parts, also if tey performed a checkon this vehicle then why are they replacing AC compressor on this car when up until May 21/2011 had never been used before. I do feel that Thayer VW has and still taking advantage of me by telling me hat I have to pay for two tires, new brakes and for making me feel that I cannot trust this car. To me they have lied about giving this car a complete 113 point safety check. I feel that I should not have to pay for the twotires or the brakes. Please help.

Lost Baggage in an Auto in Hyderabad
I Lost my bags in an Auto while I am travelling from Begumpet to Begum Bazar. But I do not note down the auto Number. Is there any way to trace the bags. I can sure that the auto stopped to fill pertrol in a bunk near by Lakidikapul bus stop.

violaction of the privacy act
I received an auto loan from CPS in 2005 I had no problems with the company until the car was about paid off. I was late with the last 3 payments and this prompted the company to start with the phone calls. The company called on my home phone, cell phone and my work phone. I thought they just need a payment; ok it is my loan I will call to make arrangements. When I call the CSR was very, very, very rude. I ask if I could make a payment and that I would like to get the loan be hind me. The CSR then refused to except my payment because I should have made timely payment therefore a complete pay off of $2, 100.00+ was required. I ask the CSR to explain because my payment was only $426 per month. The CSR did not want to explain. I then asked for a manager the CSR disconnected the call. A few hours later a co-worker informed me that a young man named Ben call for me for CPS stating "I'm calling because she has missed several payments and I need a location of the vehicle for repo". Why discussed the status of my account with a co-worker a third party that is not listed on the account? A few days later I received an e-mail at work stating that I need to contact Ms Edna Robles (Manager) to work out some arrangement to pay. GREAT! But how did the company get my work E-mail address. When I phoned, Ms Robles was also very rude and she did not want to work with me seems to me she just wanted the car. I also asked her to explain the $2, 100.00+ she stated that the balance increased due to late fees and she also stated that it was sad that I could not understand simple math. I also informed her via the phone and in writing not to call me at work or e-mail me at work this is not allowed on my job and to please stop. Well I got and e-mail this morning and a call.

At the time I purchased the car I was not married but after my name change I phoned CPS and ask that they change my name on the contract, the CSR stated that is not going to happen because when I signed the contract I was not married. Yet I effort to obtain the vehicle CPS called and discussed with may now spouse about the status of my account stating the same statement "I'm calling because she has missed several payment and I need a location of the vehicle for repo". I even receive a call from some woman who identified herself as a tow truck operator. With a very aggressive tone in her voice "I'm coming for your car where it is?


With all of the madness CPS will not take my payments via the phone calls each person that I have spoken with stated that the payment of $2, 100+ has to be paid in full, and each time I ask for an explanation of how I owe $2, 100+ no one will explain or can explain. So I go online to make the payments, and today I will make my last one. If anyone fined some assistance with this issue please inform me. CPS thinks that it is okay to violate our rights to privacy.

Buyers contract not honored
Dealer wrote up buyers order which we signed for 8000.00 for 2003 Ford Explorer with 5000.00 on our trade. total owing to be 3300.00. This to me is a CONTRACT for purchase. I left that Saturday afternoon to seek financing in the beginning of the week. I was just called today they said they weren't going to sell the SUV for this price and said they wanted 8900.00 for the purchase price & only 4000.00 for my trade. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!
