My husband didn't do his homework and ordered an empty box to send his truck computer chip in back to Auto Parts Warehouse to be reprogrammed for more horsepower. He called and canceled the order immediately after reading complaints about the company. They argued, caused at him and hung up on him several times. The box never came. We fought with their customer service for a month and no refund. Always the same story, "Wait please, oh I see it hear, your credit has been processed and you will see it in two weeks." Meanwhile we waited too long to dispute with the credit card company and learned an expensive lesson.
IF ANYONE HAS A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE FOLKS OR IF THERE IS A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I want in on it.
