Firstly the company supplied me with a car with 5 faulty bulbs, which resulted in the police pulling us over. He later admitted to have known the lights were faulty! The car check was done on the side of a busy intersection with the side lights on so the full light problem wasn't seen and a full inspection of the car was very difficult. Secondly they had no credit card facility, as they adverstised, so he drove me to the airport where I had to withdraw money and an unfavourable rate. Thirdly they over-charged me, only by a couple of euro but its the principle! Fourthly thay tried to accuse me of damage which was previously on the car. When I protested, he subsequently found a missing detachable part of the under body and justified a 50 euro fine of my deposit!! Lastly they have not responded to my written email complaint. In short do not use this 'budget' car rental firm, they are the worst I've ever come across. It seems they look to find a way to extract the difference that more reputable firms charge.
