AUTO VANTAGE along with GREAT FUN, both out of Connecticut have been STEALING monthly payments from my Minor Son's CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT for the past 5 months.
After reading complaints posted in regards to both companies I see that All involved have been Credit or Debit card holders. In Iowa, child support is issued through Debit/credit Card by a Nationally known bank so I see how our cases are similar. Do not know how it was accessed.
Any help? I have emailed and will also call when opened. I have changed account.
Also a company by the name of CREDIT REPORT.COM has been stealing from CHILD SUPPORT ACCOUNT...just the same as above companies.
One last comment...with ALL the COMPLAINTS I have read regarding these companies ... why have the MASSES NOT RALLIED TO PROSECUTE?

charges were billed to my acct without my authorization. I had to call 10 times to get thru as they had no representative available.

My Name is Olga and my husband and myself recently returned from a deployment to Iraq. Much to my dismay I returned home to a bill of $99.99 on my Orchard Bank Card. I called them only to be redirected to calling the vendor, to find out why this charge was on my account and who this company was. Of course the company was closed at the hour that I phoned. I decided that this was a matter that Orchard Bank needed to settle considering where my husband and I have just returned from. I called them back... As I was sitting on hold, I got nosey and typed in the phone # of this vedor on a Yahoo search and and to my surprise, found multiple complaints on multiple websites. I decided to email you to find out if there is any possible help or advice that can be given to me to fight the fraudulent charges posted by these abusers. I am saddened that Soldiers should serve their Country and still be victimized in this manner. The fact that ANYONE is victimized by their own credit card company is an OUTRAGE! I ask for someone to please reply to my plea. If there is someone that can call me and talk to me about this matter, my phone # is 316-727-9sss.
