autoacsystems.net aka cool zone is selling auto airconditioning parts and accessories on the internet. I ordered from them on Sept. 30, 2009 and they took money from my bank account to pay for product but never shipped it. They do not respond to email inquiries. And when I call their phone all I get is "all our agents are busy -leave a message" But when you try to leave a message I get "our voice mail is full and cannot take anymore". They are selling on the internet and say they ship from their warehouse in Buffalo, New York. Their website shows that the product I ordered is no longer available. I have asked for a refund by email but get no response.
