Stay away from Vigitronx (Top Ten Alarm - terrible after sales support) and Telcoma (expensive low end Italian system with very limited installations in malaysia), Low quality problematic products, lousy service.

The company is dishonest and is only interested in selling their rebranded low cost local system which is rebranded as Vigitronx. They depend on external contractors to install and do not have any in-house technical staff to provide after sales support. I found out that there are no end of complaints and problems with their past Vigitronx and Telcoma installation.
