I made an online purchase for an auto laptop stand from this company on October 10, 2008. I contacted them approximately 2 week after the authorization of funds was completed to inquire on the status of my order.

Unable to make contact with a representative, I was only able to receive a recorded message that appeared to be from a legitimate company. I left a message with full contact information and order # supplied from the purchase email I received. I allowed another week before making contact again and received the exact same automated message.

I made repeated calls to the customer service # that I received in the email and received the same message each time. I continued to call until a live person answered the call and spoke with a woman named Mary. Mary answered the phone with a 'Hello!" This indicated that I was dealing with an individual and not a legitimate merchant or company.

Mary was unable to locate information regarding my order and asked if she could call me back in 1 hour. Mary claimed that her computer was very slow and that she was having trouble pulling up the information for my order #. Mary needs to realize that I could hear noises in the background of a distant radio or television but yet was unable to hear the ominous peck of a keyboard as she claimed to attempt retrieval of my order on the computer.

After some further research I have discovered numerous complaints on this company/individual. My fault for not doing my homework before purchasing the item. Although the lesson will not go unlearned, it is still unfair and unjust to deceive the public in this manner. Therefore I will be visiting the individual to retrieve my monies with law enforcement at hand. I will also be pressing criminal charges for fraud within the state of Missouri against these individuals so they may experience the same inconvenience that I have encounter.

I have also tried to contact other phone #'s that were listed as administrative contacts for the websites that these individuals are using and found that each contact information provided comes back to the same individual that belongs to a cell phone. I would assume that this would most likely be a web designer that is undoubtedly working with them as part of this malicious scheme.

I ordered an auto laptop stand on 9/26/08 and did not receive it. Used tracking number and it showed that the item shipped but to wrong address. Called and Mary said she would check on and correct and send item. Did not receive and called again on 10/20/08 and canceled order and requested refund. Mary said it would take 24-48 hours for money to be back in my account. Called on 10/23/08 to find out why money not refunded. Mary said she did not know. She said the someone else does that and she would check into and call me back. On 10/27/08 I called again and Mary told that the girl that handles the refunds was not in yet and she would call me back when she got in. I called 2 more times during the day and got the same answer. I asked to speak with the "boss". He told me that he could not refund my money, only the girl who was out sick could do that. when I began to get upset with him, he hung up on me. Horrible service and zero customer service. I will have to fight to get my money back, if I ever do!
