In January of 2010, I cancelled my account with AutoLeaseLocators over the phone-& received a confirmation code#- for my account cancellation and reimbursement to me, within 5-7 business days, for an unauthorized withdrawal of $39.99 from my bank account by AutoLeaseLocators.
Despite my efforts in January of 2010, to cancel this account, along with a confirmation number for my account cancellation & $39.99 reimbursement to my bank account, which I never received. In March of 2010, I received yet another unauthorized withdrawal of $39.99 out of my bank account by AutoLeaseLocators. I have called the 2 business phone listings for AutoLeaseLocators at their customer service dept., & their sales dept., one person said they work in sales, and gave me another customer service phone #, which I have called for the last 3 business days, and it's constantly busy. The (719) phone # only goes to a voicemail, and I left a message, which nobody returned. I also sent an email to the customer service dept., with no cooperation.
I have had to file a complaint through my bank, and change my information just to feel assured that AutoLeaseLocators will NOT be able to process anymore unauthorized charges through my bank account, along with filing complaints about their unprofessional business ethics.
