I was contacted by this company back in late May/June of this year (2010). I would surmise that they found me from an ad that I had posted on craigslist...otherwise, how would they have known that I had a vehicle for sale?

They indicated that they could sell my 1983 Mercedes Benz 300 CD with no problem! They indicated via telephone that they had buyers waiting, and guaranteed the sale of my Benz. I, at the time joyfully gave them a CC number to cover the $150 listing charge. They indicated that they would give me an update regarding the sale of my vehicle in two weeks.

Two weeks later I CALLED THEM for an update. They told me that they had listed my car on two websites and were certain that I would receive a call...I waited...and waited...nothing, NOTHING, nothing happened.

Well, about a month ago, I SOLD MY CAR via eBay...these people have YET to call me back regarding the status of the sale of my car, nor did I EVER receive a call from anyone within there organization! I was told the listing fee was non-refundable. I understand why...in my opinion, these people are crooks, and the only thing they are missing is a ski mask! I really do not know how they can sleep at night...I hope that potential sellers who are considering listing with this outfit learn from my HUGE mistake.

This rip-off bogus company took my money by credit card promising to sell my car to local interested byers. They called me after I advertised my car in the Cleveland Plain Dealer Newspaper in Cleveland Ohio. I never got a call regarding interested byers. After following their guidelines for a refund after 90 days. After sending them the notorized documents that they received on October 8, 2009 I have not received my refund that was guarenteed. After several calss and E-Mails I still have not received my refund. This is now January 2, 2010.

I was called several times from this company and was told that they have interested buyers for my motorcyle that I had listed at the time with auto trader.

They told me that the interested buyers were in my area and are ready to purchase my motorcycle. I then finally gave in and perchased their service so they could sell my motorcycle to one of thier "so called perspective buyers".

They also told me that they would follow up after 5 days with me and see how the sale was going or any questions or concerns I may have. Well the last time I have spoken with them was when I gave them payment for thier service to sell my motorcycle and never herd back from them or did they reply back from my phone calls. TOTAL SCAM!
