Great Company to Deal with
I recently purchased a vehicle from WOW Car Co. in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. What a good place to do business with. A great vehicle, a low price, and the people there are great. I recommend WOW Car Co. to anyone looking to buy a good used vehicle.
I am putting this recommendation on here because I googled WOW Car Co AFTER I purchased my vehicle from them. I was looking for their web site with a friend who was considering buying a car. We thought we would find their web site and check out their inventory before we actually went to the lot. Then we seen where a couple people put some bad remarks on here about them. Well, my experience is that they are very nice people. I bought a great suv for over $2, 000.00 less than I could find one like it for anywhere else.
So, when you google WOW Car company please consider my recommendation. I do not think you could find better people to deal with or a better vehicle for the price anywhere else.

deposit refund
Made a deposit of 2000 dollars, on Sept 3 2010 for a lincoln town car. The only receipt I received was a credit card receipt as I paid with a credit card.
The auto was to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks.
The next day I returned and requested some documentation for my deposit. I was told "we don't give anything. Thats the way we do it..
I wrote a letter to the manager stating my problem and he never responded. Approximately 12 weeks later I requested my monies and notified them that I do not want the auto.
I was called about the 12th of December and told that the auto arrived and could come and pick it up...I said that I no longer wanted the auto and requested my monies I was told "I cannot make you take the car but I am not refunding your money.
I also wrote a letter advising that I do not want the car.

Payments
I have sent $300.00 in payment toward my car payment. They never applied any of it toward my payment. They applied $200 toward something else. The $100.00 they claimed it was not received. I have proof it was. I suggest people contact your Governor, Senator, House Of Representative. City Officials, write, call and bombard there office with complaints, this company has to be stopped. My balance should be $0. I found they added an additional payment. Send complaints to the Attorney General Of Texas. Give detailed information. I was told by one of there own people they had been holding my payments. I told there customer service agents they need to leave this company. We must not give up. We can stop this company. But we must do it together. They also call you after payments are made. Day and night.

false sales method
False information when selling vehicle. Purchase of 2009 Prius - Demo - was advised selling as new since no other title was on car. Was also advised of 0% finance and we were eligible for $500 rebate from State for hybrid. Comes to find out that the car had to have less then 500 miles on it to qualify for the rebate. When going to dealership to advise them of this and that we felt that they owe us the $500 dollars because of misrepresentation from sales person when selling - we were advised yes you were eligible for rebate as long as you are less the 6 K miles - this is from their finance manager who should know the rules of the rebates - they didn't even know the rules or present the rules to us. When we brought this up the General Manager started stating well you got the 0% finance and you shouldn't of received that. We weren't the ones that brought up the 0% finance we were ready to put 5k down on the car and the sales person and finance manager for the night kept pushing the 0% and $500 rebate were the way to go - it's like free money - no interest. The lady that does the finance papers even told us they were laughing in the back and said we would be foolish not to take the 0% finance. Thus we did - it's not our fault they weren't suppose to offer that to us.
The general manager the day we brought this to their attention - we advised the sales person kept pushing the rebate as a selling point to us and - he advised they don't always know what they are talking about. He also pushed, physically, my husband out of the show room. Not a very Customer Service Oriented facility. We want our $500 they promised as a selling point to the car. We had a certain level of price we wanted to achieve $25K advised the finance manager that night and sales person and they kept pushing the rebate stating that this would get us real close to our goal. If they knew the rebate would not be eligible why would they keep pushing it? False advertising.

INTEREST RATES
I TOO AM BEING RIP-OFFED BY TRIAD FINANCIAL/ROAD LOANS. I BOGHT A CAR IN FEBRUARY OF 2005. I REFINANCED A YEAR LATER. THE AMOUNT OWING ON THE CAR WAS AROUND $13, 000. FOUR YEARS LATER I OWE $9, 300. SOMETHING IS DEFINATELY WRONG WOTH THAT PICTURE!!
