On second week of December, 2010 I have booked Swift LDI on the name of my wife Ms Savdeep Kaur and deposited the booking amount of Rs. 5000 cash to Mr. Naval Arora (Team Leader). Due to some personal reasons on 22nd December 2010 I have submitted the written request with payment receipt for cancelation the booking to the team leader autopace and I was informed that the refund cheque will be handover to you in next 2 days. But today is 7th day and I am not getting any positive response. Yesterday I called your representative and got a response that the receipt has been misplaced by one of your representative. I am not able to understand what kind of services you are providing to your customers. This complaint is not against your representative but I am not happy with the services provided by your agency .Every time i have to call your agency for status and getting revert that same will handover by today only and today is 7th day.
Today in the morning I have discussed this with your Sales Manager also and assured that same will be handover by 6 ‘o’ clock but again i called your representative and got a revert that refund will be processed after 1st Jan 2010.
So issue needs to be resolved on priority as following up with the agency from last 7 days and i have marked the case to [email protected].
