Beware

Ordered a starter for my car on 02-13-09
Received an instant email that my order was processed and my credit card charged. No tracking # for shipping was included however. No further email received. Attempted to call them 02-16-09 for tracking #. No answer. Called again 02-17 and 02-18 several times, no answer. Checked order status with order # on their web site. Item was not shipped!!
By now I new that something fishing was going on. Searched the internet for reviews. Found a mountain of complaints.
This company is out-of business but still taking orders! This is criminal. Fortunately I could charge-back my credit card payment. Do not make internet payments with your ATM card ever.

Customer Service

On 02/11/2009, I ordered an "in stock" item from AutoParts Giant. On 20/14/2009, my credit card was charged. On 20/20/2009, I received an email confirmation that my order had been shipped, but no tracking info was provided. Per the website, it may take 5 days to get tracking info. It is now 20/28/2009. It has been 11 business days since my order. I still have not received my order, and there is still no tracking info available.
I have called them twice. Both calls rolled over to voicemail and were not returned. I have submitted two requests for information via their site web-form and neither have been answered. They claim to have been in business for over 28 years, but I find that had to believe with "service" like this.
I will never order from them, again. I STRONGLY advise others to not order from them, either. It's not "cheap" if you can't get it and they won't talk to you.
