been refunded yet. the refund was promised to be in the account in 3-5
bus days It's been over a month!
The water pump that was shipped has a bad leak from the shaft in less
the 200miles.
I spent my labor to install the pump
+ BMW coolant @ $20 a gallon 2 gallons plus i used royal
purple additive X 2 $30 that's $70 wasted in coolant + my time &
labor. I was promised the replacement water pump was going to be
expedited so I would not miss visiting my family in Yuma AZ, (on
thanksgiving) It WAS NOT expedited!, the pump will not get here till
after thanksgiving. I not only got charge twice for the pump
but I an now going to miss a Holiday with my family!
why was the shipping not expedited as promised??? because the pump was
upgraded? well it should be for my labor and cost of coolant and
additive. Now the pump wont be here till the 29th, that's totally
unacceptable! i have been taking the bus and been out driving my car
for two weeks now! It will be a month by the time i get a replacement
water pump. So loosing $70 cost in coolant, loosing a month driving
my car witch I pay registration and insurance for (another $120 lost)
then losing a holiday( you can put a price on that) Its all i have to
look forward to. I do not appreciate being promised that the
replacement pump will be expedited so i will not miss Thanksgiving
then lied to and waiting two weeks for a replacement part to come.
That's unacceptable wait time for any car part! Then i have to spend a
few hour pulling the defective pump i was double charged for and
installing another one that i am hopping wont be another bad pump.

I got a raw deal here! feel like sharing this experience with
Its bad business &
no compassion for the customer!
