1. Faulty promised due dates.
2. Latter incoming work done first, extending your work past due date.
3. Multi mark-up prices on retail cost of parts.
4. Exceeding written price quotes on parts with no prior approval, only to find out at billing date there was an increase in final cost.
5. Removing parts that do affect problem areas, and then paying to have a new part re-installed latter.
6. False diagnose on engine malfunctions, causing parts to be installed that are not needed.
7. Replacing working parts that are not broken, only to find out latter a new part was favored by their supplier at three times the retail cost.
8. Carless concern in the tearing of new interior upholstery, scraping of exterior body paint and when asks about paying for damages, they say nothing, and do nothing.
9. 276 days waiting for my car to be repaired (when they promised 2-weeks). 10. Paying out $13, 300.00 for a Volkswagen Engine that still leaks oil and does not perform to specifications.
11. Shoddy work on final appearance of engine.
12. Clamming the engine to be improper in function, telling me it had to be sent back to their engine builder only to find out there was nothing wrong with it in the first place, except the things that they wrongfully installed and had to be fixed by outside sources and again charging me to fix them. Then they ask me to pay for freight charges, because they said it wasn’t fair for them to pay it, even though they were the ones that contracted the “engine builder” and if I did not pay for the engine total fright charges it would not be returned.
These events all happened from: Nov. 2, 2009 thru July 17, 2010.
I have felt like my car was being held for unspecified ransom.
