	February 14, 2008 Charged for a plan I did not request! Received charge on my Macy's account for something I did not purchase. Charge was from third party, Autovantage. Never hear of it. Asked Macy's to credit my account for the charge and then closed account. This took 6 calls to Macy's. Also call Autovantage but they are not taking calls.
