I had to move out early being that they have a revoked real estate license, no business license in Henderson, NV and the company is in default with the NV secretary of state. The manager Rachel whom I am filing a personal complaint on for unprofessionalism due to the fact it is her job as a "so called manager" to protect the tenants which she wouldnt know how to do if she took a trainging class is nothing more than a harrassing manager who likes to act like she is in charge but is nothing more than an unprofessional person. The company doesnt care about thier clients nor thier image as they allow thier so called manager to wear safty pins for earings. Think twice people before renting here believe me. Dont walk into a nightmare because that is all they are. Dealing with Avalon at 7 Hills which is owned by Great American Capital is nuts. They yelled at me as a tenant, they dont see any reason whatsoever to solve a probelm. They have numerous complaints against them not to mention if you do the research they have convivted child molesters living there according to the complaints online. I would not reccomen them to anyone DO NOT RENT HERE! Below is the eveidence provided that they are completely fraud. I am suing them for my 3 months paid rent. I want it back and plus my moving expenses I encurred while having to move.
