Avant Garde LLC made an unauthorized debit to my card in the amount of $4.99. Unfortunately, I happened to be in the red already due to an unexpected expense to fix my car. Therefore, I also had a $20 overlimit fee that my bank deducted. I called the bank to cancel my card, which they did, but they said in order to get my money back I had to file a police case and fill out some forms.

I have never heard of nor made a purchase from this company. I do shop online, they are LEGITIMATE purchases, not bullsh-t computer programs or porn. Obviously they have stolen people's card information from online with spyware or have dug through some company's records somehow. Thanks, jacka**es, for making my life more difficult. That's a real dirty, lowdown, scum of the earth thing to do. It doesn't matter if it's just a small amount, stealing is WRONG!! People like YOU are the reason this country is going to hell in a handbasket. My husband had his wisdom teeth out today, besides the fact that my car still isn't running, and I have bills to pay. You don't care, of course. But the greedy will be judged accordingly, so you will get yours.

I was checking my account balance today and found an unauthorized $4.99 charge from Avant Garde LLC Woodland Park CO. After doing a Google search for this company and finding reports similar to my experience on Ripoff Report, I called my bank and they are working with me to get this money back.

I know it's not a huge amount, but imagine how many accounts they might be getting access to and since it is a small amount, many people may not bother to report it. How sad...

This company needs to be stopped!! We shouldn't have to close our account, get a new credit/debit card, just because of someone else's greed.

Watch your accounts closely. Keep track of your purchases. Report any unauthorized activity.

Avant Garde LLC withdrew $4.99 out of my personal account without my knowledge or permission. I have no idea who this company is. I have NOT had any dealings with them, neither have I purchased anything from these unknown thieves.
