I sent a check for renewal of Avanti Pro Antivirus program on July 13, 2010.

Today, on the internet, I received notice that my subscription expires in 13 days. The check I mailed 7-13-10 was in the amount of $27.96, the annual fee (1 year renewal amount). Reference # 338673915.

Now, what must I do to insure that the renewal is active?
