Dear.Sir/Madam,

Broadband Number 2821 6777 is not working from last one month due to which we are not getting the broadband Connection, Router Model No. GLB 802 C which shows the coloum of Power / ADSL/Data/Lan / USB of which the ADSL & Data remains blank, often it gets on & off, sometime it remains blank for the whole day, it’s effecting our business since all our works are through Internet, we are suffering a lot & facing loss from last one month.

I have filed the complaints so many times earlier also, but no steps were taken from your end.

I m very sorry to say that if this situation continues then we have to shift on to any private connection.

We are fed up of this, if you still find you can solve the problem then you can send your representative to check the Router & Connection & this has to be done as early as possible.
