I ordered product from Avionic Masters in Ft Lauderville, Fl on dec 21 and shipped overnight. Arrived at Nacodoches, Tx branch Dec 22 -(am and was put on truck, returned to branch that night, no time to deliver. Next day Dec 23, 2009 I called 1-800 number and operator said I would get pkg. between 10am and 2pm, at 3:30pm I called again and was assured, after her talking with willy jackson, mgr, I would get pkg today, 5:30 pm, no pkg, called again, same thing, I would get pkg.- 9pm no pkg

Called Dec 24th 9am and was told would be put on truck again, I said no more empty promises, hold at branch and I would pick up myself and did.
