I was the representative for the Avon products for a few months but due to some reason dropped out after a while. Avon usually sends out product to the representatives on the credit bases so that the product reaches the customer in timely manner. According to this practice I usually paid the amount by mailing in the envelope after the product was arrived. But even after a month of dropping out I received the letters from the company and also the nation wide collection service company, the letters continued to come though I was no more the representative nor do I owe any money to them. One of the letters stated that I failed to respond to their attempts to collect on a seriously past due balance and the balance was about $114.91 so I went to inquire and check the records and found that the entire amount was paid and that they had overlooked to it and were claiming for the same account number and order again which was all over. I also had the record of the check having cleared from the bank and also which was cashed it. It since then I am trying to contact them to reveal myself but no one is answering the call whenever I call I am put to the answering machine and told to press some pin ad code to reach the actual person but all in vain, because of their carelessly credit card is also hurt. This company is not giving any response it is a fraudulent company using old bills to destroy the innocent people's record.
